Software Portal & Electronic Notifications (ASPEN) is a complete redesign of the current Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) Warfighter Survivability Support Software Portal (AWSSSP). This will bring it up to date with modern technology including adopting Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) practices.

SRCA has designed the portal using industry best practices to include a modernized interface to achieve intuitive navigation and provide a comprehensive and user-friendly content management system. The new portal provides a repository for ARAT engineers to upload mission data, update files for Army Aviation and Ground EW systems, and to locate, access, and download that software. It also provides the means to rapidly communicate problem issues and other reports from the field back to ARAT. The portal is fully 508 compliant for accessibility.
